What is the resolution of your images?
Everything is sent of to the printer at 300dpi and saved as a high quality .jpeg. If you need a different file type or resolution please contact me through email.

Do you do wedding photography?
At this time I do not do wedding photography.

Do you do portrait photography?
Yes but not studio portrait photography. If local I will agree to meet at a nature preserve or a location of your choice. Please contact me through email for inquiries, prices, and stipulations.

Do you except personal checks?
At this time we do not, Paypal is our only payment method.

When I view the pictures on you web site through my computer the colors look off?
Make sure that you are using a color managed browser like Firefox to view the images.

What software do you use to edit your photos?
I edit all photos with Adobe Photoshop CS3 and my Samsung 24” SyncMaster 245t LCD is calibrated with a Xrite color calibrator.

Can I purchase photos to use on our company website?
Yes. The purchase of a photo will allow the use of the photo purchased for one domain and can be used as many times as you wish within that domain.

Returns?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your photos you can send them back for a 100% refund of the purchase price of the photo only. Shipping will not be refunded and return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Please contact me through email for authorization of returns and be sure to save all packing material to ensure the photo is not damaged in transit.

Does jmikosphotogrpahy have a phone number?
Right now I do not, I have a personal cell phone number. For spamming reason I do not post it on the internet and will only give that number to customers, please contact me through email for my phone number.


How long does it take to ship a photo?
As of right now I have everything printed through an online printer which takes 3-4 days before they ship out to you. I am looking into perfessional grade printers in order to decrease lead-times to customers.


Do you send confirmation of photos shipping?
I will email you with a tracking number to the address on file through Paypal.

Do you frame photos?
Yes, I am working on adding a framing option to all photos. Hopefully that will be added very soon.
